Woody’s Firehouse Cafe is owned by a Career Edison Firefighter who also volunteers with the Brookside Engine Company in Mendham Township. Woody’s menu is filled with firefighter favorites that Dan has come to master over all the years he has cooked for his crews in Edison and Brookside.
Breakfast offers everything from a scrambled egg to Woody’s Famous Eggs Benedict, or sweet cream pancakes the size of Frisbees. Fresh bagels arrive daily and can be had with butter, cream cheese…in many different flavors. Breakfast sandwiches like the Jersey favorite Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese, bacon egg and cheese or whatever combo you like.
If you miss us at breakfast don’t worry….. Woody’s brings more food to the table at lunch and dinner. The growing menu has everything you are used to for lunch and more. Woody’s offers subs, clubs, all beef hamburgers, all beef hot dogs, belly buster specialty subs like “THE BACKDRAFT” and stomach stretching cheese steaks. All of the portions are HUGE and prices are reasonable.
STILL HUNGRY?!?!?!?! If you still have room for desert Woody’s has a vast selection of KEMP’S & EDY’S ice cream. The sundae bar has more toppings they you’ll know what to do with. From 1 scoop kiddy cups to huge waffle ice cream sundaes Woody’s has it all.
